(“Dapt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides paid data processing and data orchestration services that help organizations manage job costing, certified payroll, union reporting, custom reporting, and synchronization of data across payroll, accounting, and time-tracking platforms (the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we process, how we use it, how we protect it, and the rights individuals have regarding their information.

1. Our Role

Dapt provides paid data processing and data orchestration services to business customers. Our customers engage us to deliver capabilities such as job costing, certified payroll, union reporting, custom reporting, and cross-platform data synchronization.

In most cases, Dapt acts as a service provider and data processor on behalf of our customers. This means:

  • Our customers determine the business purposes for which their data is used (for example, payroll processing, labor allocation, accounting synchronization, or compliance reporting).
  • Dapt independently designs, builds, and operates the technology, data transformations, and processing methods used to deliver these capabilities.
  • We configure and customize implementations for each customer, but the underlying system architecture, security controls, and product features are determined by Dapt based on professional judgment, technical requirements, and industry standards.

Dapt does not sell customer workforce data or use it for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.

For website visitors, marketing communications, or direct inquiries, Dapt may act as a data controller for those limited interactions.

2. Information We Process

Because we provide workforce data processing and orchestration services, the types of information we may process include:

Customer-Provided Business and Workforce Data

  • Employee names and identifiers

  • Job codes, labor classifications, and time records

Our incident response approach includes investigation, containment, recovery, communication, and post-incident review to strengthen controls and reduce the likelihood of recurrence.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet contractual obligations, or comply with legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it where feasible and appropriate.
